At this week’s Management Meeting, the Acting Executive Chairman reaffirmed the Council’s unwavering commitment to excellence, emphasizing the need for improved efficiency, strengthened accountability, and robust inter-departmental collaboration to enhance service delivery across the Council. Management also deliberated on preparations for the forthcoming Budget Retreat, focusing on strategic planning, fiscal discipline, policy alignment, and stakeholder coordination to ensure the development of a realistic, people-oriented, and implementable budget framework for the Council.
